Honey Lemonade Mojito:

Ingredients:

50ml White rum

50ml Lime juice

Fresh mint leaves

125ml Honey Lemonade

Method - Build

Fill a highball glass with ice and half a dozen mint leaves. Add the white rum, lime juice and top up with honey lemonade.

Give it a mix with a cocktail spoon.

Garnish with a wedge of lime.
