Welsh Apple and Ginger Moscow Mule:

Ingredients:

50ml vodka

25ml Lime juice

125ml Apple & Ginger Juice

Method - Build

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice and top up with the apple and ginger juice.

Give it a mix with a cocktail spoon.

Garnish with a wedge of lime and some mint.
