Apple and Elderflower Martini:

Ingredients:

50ml vodka

75ml Apple and Elderflower juice

25ml lime juice

2 dash bitters

Method - Shake

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with 5 ice cubes. Shake well/hard until the shaker is frozen on the outside.

Strain into a martini glass (preferably chilled/frozen).

Garnish with apple peel and a thin slice of fresh apple.
