Welsh Apple & Ginger Cooler:

Ingredients:

50ml brandy

25ml lime juice

125ml Welsh Apple & Ginger Juice

Candied ginger & cherries for garnish

Cocktail sticks

Method - Shake

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with 5 ice cubes. Shake well/hard until the shaker is frozen on the outside.

Strain into an double ‘old fashioned’ glass or highball with lots of ice.

Garnish with candied ginger and cherries.
