Welsh Apple Whiskey Sour:

Ingredients:

50ml whiskey

25ml triple sec/cointreau

25ml lime juice

75ml Welsh Apple Juice

2 dash bitters

cherries for garnish

Method - Shake

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with 5 ice cubes. Shake well/hard until the shaker is frozen on the outside.

Strain into an ‘old fashioned’ glass.

Garnish with lime and cherries.
